Event Details

This special event offers a unique opportunity for you and your child to spend meaningful time together in the woods, sharing the thrill of pursuing Tennessee Eastern Turkeys. Set in a family-friendly environment, you’ll be surrounded by other incredible members of the Hero Hunt family — making memories and connections that will last a lifetime.

Absolutely no cost other than your travel.

  • Thursday (Afternoon): Arrival & introductions

  • Friday: Full day of hunting

  • Saturday (Afternoon): Final hunt & departure
     

Important Information:

  • Alcohol Use: Not permitted

  • Sleeping Arrangements: Lodging provided with beds

  • Showers: Yes – bring towels & toiletries

  • Bathrooms: Indoor facilities available

  • Meals & Drinks: Provided by the host (feel free to bring extra snacks if you like)

  • Hunting Gear: Bring your own muzzleloader and ammo
    *If you do not have equipment, please contact Hero Hunt in advance — we’ll do our best to provide what you need.

  • Applications Open: Jan 1 - 31, 2026

  • Hunters Selected & Notified: Feb 1, 2026
     

Attendance Commitment:

If selected and you confirm attendance, you are expected to attend. We understand life happens — if something prevents you from joining us, please notify Hero Hunt immediately. Once tags / licenses and travel arrangements are confirmed there will be zero excuses.
