Event Details

This special event offers 1 day of duck hunting for 2 Veterans on the special military/veterans only date in the state of North Carolina. This event is hosted by Kent Jones and sponsored by East Coast Waterfowl.

Cost to You:
Absolutely no cost other than your travel.

Saturday 7th: Meet at location that morning. Will hunt that morning until 11am, or limit is reached, and then depart after hunt.

Important Information:

Alcohol Use: In a responsible manner after hunting has finished for the day.
Sleeping Arrangements: Lodging provided with beds
Showers: Yes – Hotel or Airbnb will be provided.
Bathrooms: Indoor facilities available
Meals & Drinks: Provided by Hero Hunt (feel free to bring extra snacks if you like)
Hunting Gear: Bring your own firearm and ammo

Hunters Selected & Notified: December 1 2026

Attendance Commitment:

If selected and you confirm attendance, you are expected to attend. We understand life happens — if something prevents you from joining us, please notify Hero Hunt immediately. Once tags / licenses and travel arrangements are confirmed there will be zero excuses.
