Canada Spring Bear

Event Details

This hunt is a six-day spring black bear hunt for four (4) hunters. Those selected will be hunting in the heart of Canada’s expansive boreal forest near the village of Kipawa, in western Quebec, approximately 275 miles north of Toronto. The tags are either sex with rifle or bow. If you’ve ever wanted to do a spring bear hunt in Canada, now is the time!

Cost to You:
Absolutely no cost other than your travel.

  • Saturday: Arrival

  • Sunday: Full day of hunting 

  • Monday: Full day of hunting

  • Tuesday: Full day of hunting

  • Wednesday: Full day of hunting

  • Thursday: Full day of hunting

  • Friday: Departure
     

Important Information:

  • Alcohol Use: Host policy will be followed

  • Sleeping Arrangements: Lodging provided with beds

  • Showers: Yes – bring towels & toiletries

  • Bathrooms: Indoor facilities available

  • Meals & Drinks: Provided by the host (feel free to bring extra snacks if you like)

  • Hunting Gear: Bring your own rifle.
    *If you do not have equipment, please contact Hero Hunt in advance — we’ll do our best to provide what you need.

  • Applications Open: Jan 1-31, 2026

  • Hunters Selected & Notified: Feb 1, 2026
     

Attendance Commitment:

If selected and you confirm attendance, you are expected to attend. We understand life happens — if something prevents you from joining us, please notify Hero Hunt immediately. Once tags / licenses and travel arrangements are confirmed there will be zero excuses.
