Event Details

All-Inclusive 4-Day Combo Hunt: Muzzleloader + Archery​

Cost to You:
Absolutely no cost other than your travel ONLY if you are outside of a 6 hour drive time to the event from your home of record. If you are further than a 6 hour drive time, Hero Hunt will work with you to accommodate your travel needs at our expense.

  • Friday 17th - Evening Arrival & introductions

  • Saturday 18th: Hunt

  • Sunday 19th: Hunt

  • Monday 20th: Hunt

  • Tuesday 21st: Hunt Morning & Departure 
     

Important Information:

  • Alcohol Use: Be responsible of lodge. 

  • Sleeping Arrangements: Lodging provided

  • Showers: Yes 

  • Bathrooms: Indoor facilities available

  • Meals & Drinks: All inclusive! (Feel free to bring your own snacks if you'd like)  

  • Hunting Gear: You will need to provide your own Hunting gear as well as your own Muzzleloader and/or Archery equipment.

  • Hunters Selected & Notified: August 1th, 2025
     

Attendance Commitment:

If selected and you confirm attendance, you are expected to attend. We understand life happens — if something prevents you from joining us, please notify Hero Hunt immediately. Once tags / licenses and travel arrangements are confirmed there will be zero excuses.

🚫No-shows / Cancellations will eliminate you for future event eligibility.
